🏨 Travel Information
Arriving by train:
The nearest train station is Solihull, approximately a 10-minute walk to the Voco St John’s.

Arriving by car:
There is free parking on site. Please register your car on arrival.
If you are staying overnight, the system may prompt you to pay a £10 parking fee – please ignore this, as parking is complimentary for conference attendees.

The hotel also offers EV charging points in the car park, providing a convenient and eco-friendly option for those travelling by electric vehicle.

📝 On Arrival

Please go directly to the UKKA registration desk, where the events team will check you in and provide your delegate badge.
There will be space available to store luggage (for those staying overnight) and a coat rail.

🍽️ Food & Drink

Lunch will be provided, and light refreshments will be available throughout both days.

Thank you to everyone who has already highlighted dietary requirements – these have been accommodated.
If you have not yet submitted any specific dietary or allergy information, please let us know as soon as possible.

The conference dinner will take place on Thursday evening, with reception from 19:30 and dinner served at 20:00.
Please note that dinner is only available to those with a full conference ticket or those who have paid an additional fee to attend.
